Dear Legco Panel on the Environment, 6th May 2013

It seems that the HK ENB has signed an agreement for old technology co-operation before Legco has agreed it (and its funding) and without having any plasma gasification expert panelists who are unavoidably busy elsewhere on a World Webinar

Yours sincerely,

James Middleton

Chairman
